Dear Emily,
My sisters and I would like to thank each and
everyone at
Easy Living Care Home for the care
that they provide for our Mother. Moving our Mother
was a big step for us and you and your staff made it
simple. Coming to your home is the best thing ever
for our mom. She is healthier due to eating
regularly and participating in activities. It has
made our lives better knowing how well she is being
cared for and we no longer worry about her being by
herself. Your staff members are caring,
very easy to work with
and my Mom loves them.
Thank you for the extraordinary attention to detail
and for making all of us feel right at home.
Warm Regards,
Laurie Farren

Dear Emily,
My Mother was well cared for in the previous home
she was in and I was upset when we found out she
would have to leave. I have always believed
things happen for the best and this has been the
case. Your caregivers are so attentive and caring it
makes Mom feel special. The activities and happy
atmosphere makes for much nicer days. She enjoys the
good food and attention. Thank you and your
caregivers for making her life a bit more joyous.
Thank you so much for everything you do. You are
the best.
Sincerely,
Kathy Thomas

Hi Emily,
I just realized that my mom has been with you for
three years and I would like to take this
opportunity to thank you for the utmost care she's
receiving. No words can describe the great work
your staff is doing. Once a caretaker for her, I
understand how difficult it can be at times. I
don't know how you keep your staff and
residents staying so cheerful. It's probably the
great food you're serving them. Whatever your
secret is, please keep doing it.
I wish you could have met my mom before she had
Alzheimer's. She was really funny.
Sincerely,
Kelly Watson
"Finding
care for my mom was extremely stressful until we
heard of Emily Garcia, the owner. She returned my
call immediately, was extremely tender and patient
while meeting with my mother who has suffered a
stroke, and addressed each one of our needs and
concerns until we were completely satisfied. We
visited the home and were impressed first by it's
immaculate condition, the happiness of the residents
and the friendly staff.
Now
that my mother has been living at Easy Living Care
Home for a few years, I can attest to the continued
concern and responsiveness, as I call and e-mail
Emily frequently from my home in Arizona. I address
medication needs, my mother's health, the care
providers, upcoming medical appointments, and
special purchases my mother needs (which I can
simply add to my monthly bill).
Aside
from the essential requirements of residential
living, Emily adds those extra touches that make it
more like home, such as weekly visits from a dog and
handler, a high school student who comes to play
games, periodic in-home haircuts and manicures just
to name a few.
Although the transition from my mother's home to a
residential one was difficult, Easy Living Care Home
helped make it a smooth and comfortable
adjustment. Granted, there is no substitute for
home, but Easy Living Care Home has provided all the
necessities and comforts of home."
"My mother has been in
Emily Garcia's
Easy Living Care Home since 2006 on Murphy Street in
Livermore. Emily has been very helpful and supportive since my mother has been
there. Some of the reasons I chose Easy Living Care was
because they did extra activities
with the residents: played games, had a
physical therapist
come in to help keep them with their mobility, go out on day trips to
local restaurants and/or movie theaters.
Emily has now expanded
to three facilities and remains the Administrator of
the Murphy Street home, my
mother continues to reside there. This home has more of the less active
seniors (Dementia) or ones that may need more attention. The home is always
bright, cheerful and clean. The caregivers still make sure my mother
continues to stay as active as she can by walking her daily around the house
or taking her outside in the backyard.
I'm forever grateful to
Easy Living Care Home."
